Energy Grid Relief is an independent third-party provider. We are not a government agency, and we are not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with any local, state, or federal government entity. Any references to public utilities or government programs are for informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility and Participation

Eligibility for any solar, battery, or utility-supported grid program we inform you about is determined solely by the applicable program requirements and the entities that administer those programs.

Not all customers will qualify for all programs.
Eligibility and participation are subject to verification, approval, and acceptance by the relevant utility, program administrator, or third-party provider.
Program terms, availability, and benefits may change at any time, and Energy Grid Relief does not guarantee enrollment, incentives, savings, or outcomes.
Any timelines or outcomes discussed are estimates only and are not guarantees.

4. SMS Terms and Consent to Text Messaging

By providing your phone number to Energy Grid Relief and giving your express consent, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS), which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, related to our services and programs.

4.1 Purpose of Messages

Messages you may receive can include, but are not limited to:

6. Messaging

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1888-218-4743 . After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
